Housekeeping Policy 'Health & Wellness Walk-throughs, & Routine Maintenance Policies

Each suite has designated housekeeping days. Please see the 'Comms' sheet located under the television to learn your respective housekeeping day.

For the safety and security of our guests and staff, CMFE Lodging policy requires that the suite's occupant exit the suite while housekeeping is in progress. If the customer is a day sleeper or has specific blocks of times (i.e., 08:00 - 10:00, 10:00-12:00, 13:00-15:00, 15:00-17:00) that they would like their suite cleaned, please contact the lodging staff. CMFE Lodging's housekeepers work from 08:00-17:00 Monday through Friday. If the customer wants their suite cleaned in the late afternoon, they must depart the suite and allow the housekeeper to start work no later than 15:00.

  • If guests would like to request the cancelation of housekeeping for the day, please put the “No Housekeeping Please” out on their designated cleaning day or contact the office or one of the staff.

  • For the safety and security of our guests, ‘Health & Wellness’ walk-throughs and routine maintenance inspections are scheduled in advance for a specific date and time, at least one week in advance. Furthermore, guests will receive an email reminder 48 hours in advance, and a phone-call right before the walk-through or inspection.

  • Before entering, CMFE Staff is required to ring the doorbell, knock on the door, and loudly announce their name and purpose for requesting entrance into the guest’s room. Furthermore, CMFE staff is not allowed to enter into guest rooms uninvited or unannounced, except for in the performance of their duties.
